1 2 28 March 2005Greetings allFirst new posting for the site. Hey all! Hopefully the site will be live either today or tommorow. We are live! Ok official post about the launch. APR is now live! I have been meaning to get an AP fansite together ever since I first got thee album which is a while ago. The important thing is that I finally got round it to. The design didn't turn out nearly as well as I hoped :(. Still hopefully I will be able to improve it in the future. Any feedback is welcome you can reach me via email or on either of the forums listed on the homepage, I use them both. 29 March 2005Post by JustinJustin Benson (the bands drummer for those of you in the dark) made a post on the forums today thanking everyone for supporting the spring tour - check it out here. 1 April 2005Amnesia correctionsListening back I am finally going to concede that there may be some mistakes in the lyrics - like on every chorus line ;). I've now updated them with some corrections however though they should be closer to actually being correct now. Radio request campaign As part of the campaign to get AP recognised, today is the day for calling your local radio station and requesting My Therapy and Gentle Girl. You can also phone local music stores and ask if they have the album in stock. 2 April 2005Status updatesI have some additions for the site, hopefully they should be online within the next week, maybe even tommorow. Also the official site has linked to us which is awesome. 3 April 2005New promo imagesI got round to adding the new section which is the promotion section where you can find graphics to stick on your website, forum signatures, etc to promote the band. 5 April 2005New profileClear Channel have list listed AP on the new music section of their site. It is basically the generic information but cool anyway, check it out here. 6 April 2005Updates on whats happeningI have plans to expand the site, especially to add some stuff for a UK street team. I have a few ideas, any other suggestions for the site are welcome. As for timescale, hopefully something should be launched by the weekend. I just don't know what yet ;). 9 April 2005The new look siteTime for a running update. As you can see the site has a new look. The bevels are what I originally imagined (the original design sucked pretty much) and there is a new menu at the top and on the left. I am also working on a forum but it's so hard to pick one. I started with YaBB, then phpBB, then YaBB 2 then SMF, then back to phpBB which I have just scrapped because I can't get the designs to intergrate. I'm on to IPB now ;). The main reason for the forums is it's an easy way to get a user system up and running for the street team thing that I have planned. I will keep you all posted. New everything Ok so most stuff is online now - the forums are now on the menu and the street team section is also online. Hopefully we will eventually get a profile for each member. 12 April 2005Zippo Hot TourIt looks like AP will be competiting in the Zippo Hot Tour - where basically you get to vote for your favourite band and the winner gets a tour and loads of cool equipment - you can find the official website here 13 April 2005Street team updatesI've made some changes to the street team pages so that there are now new ways you can help promote the band. Also if your not registered on the forums you are missing out. The total amount of members has doubled since yesterday! 20 April 2005New reviewI ment to post this a while ago as it's been up for a few days maybe a week now but Emo Today have a review of Sold Out, you can read it here. 25 April 2005Song of the dayI don't have any real news but I want to make the site look less empty s I am naming a song of the day ;) - Gentle Girl. 7 May 2005New concert dateAP will be doing a gig along with fellow rockers Section 18 at The Forum in Kingston, New York on Saturday 18th of June. 27 May 2005Song of the dayIn gaps like these I feel the urge to post a message letting everyone know the site isn't dead, there is just nothing to post about. Well there is always a song of the day (that only happens every few weeks ;), today's shall be The New E-Ruption. 3 June 2005Search resultsThere used to be a time when it was like impossible to find the official website. Now though, it's on the first page of all three major search engines (Yahoo, Google, MSN) which is cool. It's about time they got their rankings sorted. 11 June 2005One week to goQuick reminder, it's only a week until AP are performing in Kingston, New York. New server The site has just been moved to a new server. Hopefully things should be faster now. 13 June 2005Forum activityPretty much everyone on AP.com is there to say how much they rock.
